Painting Mugs
I've got a box full of mugs. I was hoping to transfer my butterfly illustrations to them using special ink jet paper, but they did not work out. :[ However I do have a rainbow of porcelain painting pens, and I've started doodling some cute patterns onto them.
Tip: Make sure the surface you are painting is clean and dry before you start drawing and plan to do one side at a time so the colour is facing up while it dries and doesn't dribble down the mug.
I'm personalizing the inside too. Everyone (in the UK at least) has their own idea of a good cup of tea. I'm particularly particular, so this a friendly - bossy, reminder of how I like it!

Paint your own egg cups
Inspired at last to paint some of my egg cups.The pens work really well! I had to break the designs up into sections as the paint took a couple of days to dry. I went with faces as a motif as the egg cup shape lends its self to being a little person. I'm going to do more! It's quite addictive to sketch characters once I got the format sorted.

Very Bunny
Rabbit earrings are hopping out of my shop faster than any other item, not hard to see why! I love Rabbits as an animal, as a motif and everything else.You can see rabbits scattered through my Pinterest boards. I could probably do a rabbit feature every week for a year with the number of items if collected, pinned and fav'edon Etsy. But for now look at these lovely items;
1: Little rabbit plush. The Black Apple.
2: Rabbit Socks, H&M
3: Rabbit Playsuit: Primark. (It’s sooo cute!)
4: Rabbit Paper Dolls by Wool And Water
5: Rabbit Wallpaper - Muraspec
6: Tea For two.
7: Beautifuly decorated Plate, havn’t found the source yet!

Paper Plates
It's Sunday evening, and I'm scrap-booking! Here's a little find I found on Pinterest. These paper plates are great! I'd buy them just to hang on my wall, for £9.75 they'd make a great piece cheep of wall art. I defiantly couldn't eat greasy party food of them then throw them away anyway...buy them here: A-Z Paper plates

Beach Huts
I went to the Seaside this weekend. Wells Next To The Sea to be exact. They have a long beach lined with hundreds of cute beach huts! The wind was quite bracing, but the sun was shining making a pretty idyllic shot. The row of beach huts made a lovely pattern, I can see why they are often used in nautical pics. I'd like to do my own repeat pattern print of beach huts, maybe for a tea set?!
